摘  要:实验采用多溶剂对新疆不同产地的孜然精油进行提取,分别研究了提取温度、提取时间、原料粒度和料液比对提取率的影响,同时还进行了正交补充实验。结果表明:溶剂为正戊烷,温度33℃,原料粒度为70目,提取时间7 h,料液比为4:1,浸提次数为3次时为最佳提取工艺,此时精油出油率高达7.82%。通过最佳工艺的提取,发现光照时间长的吐鲁番地区精油含量最高。The essential oil was extracted from cummin grew different places in XinJiang by different solvent methods.The effect of extraction temperature,extraction time,raw materials granularity and the ratio of gardenia to liquor on extraction ability was studied in this paper.The results indicated that the optimum technology was that the 4:1(g/mL) of commin to pentane in extractor to extract for 7 hours at 33 ℃ repeated for three times,with the mesh number of 70.under this condition,the extraction efficiency of essential oil was as high as 7.82%.Using optimum technology,the Turpan cummin with the longest illumination time extract more essential oil than other ones.
