摘　　要：目的:探讨继续教育对在职护士工作能力的影响。方法:用简单相关系数t检验比较接受继续教育的在职护士的三基考试成绩、科内讲课成绩和实际工作成绩。结果:接受继续教育的护士的三基考试成绩、科内讲课成绩和实际工作成绩成正相关。结论:对在职护士进行继续教育能提高其工作能力。Objective：To explore the influence of continue education to the on- the- job nurse＇s work ability . Methods Use simple correlation coefficient ttest eompaxatlvely analyze the test score,the lecture seore,the work score of the nurse who accept continue education. Results Nurse who accept eontlnue edueatlon, their test score ,lecture score and work score a positive correlation. Conclusion Continuing education to on- the - job nurse can improve its work ability.
