摘 要:评核过程包括设计规划以收集资料、预备考生课业、报告考生的学习成绩这三个主要步骤。在公开考试中,考生透过他们课业表现,显示自己在个别学科中的学术水平,包括对内容认识的宽广度和难易度。课业要求往往在考试题目中反映出来。编制试题是一项专业的工作。命题时,拟题员须发掘新的题材、寻找新颖的情景、设计合适的题目;草拟答案时,亦须配合时代发展不断创新。本文旨在提供一些有关香港命题工作经验。An assessment process consists of three elements: the design of the scheme for gathering information, the preparation of the tasks for the students and the reporting of the outcomes. In public examinations, students have to demonstrate their performance standards by completing assessment tasks. The breadth and depth of the cognitive demands of the subject matter are reflected in the examination questions concerned. The setting of examination questions is a professional exercise and setters of examination questions have to look for new materials in order to create novel contexts, design appropriate questions and produce relevant answers. This article aims to share the experience in question setting in the Hong Kong context.
