太极功夫扇引入高校体育课堂的可行性研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查、教学实验等方法,就太极功夫扇的锻炼价值和对高校体育文化的推动作用进行了研究和探讨,并就高校开设太极功夫扇课的作用和课程教学过程做了分析和探讨.研究结果对全面、深刻理解太极功夫扇的健身价值,并为传统健身养生保健体育项目在高校的推广和发展提供有意义的参考和教学经验.Using methods of questionnaire survey and teaching experiment,the primal chaos time fan＇s exercise value and promotion effect for the university sports culture were studied,the university start primal chaos time fan class＇s positive role and teaching course were also analyzed and discussed.The studied results provided experience and reference for profundly understanding the primal chaos time fan and good health sports items in the university promotion.
