摘　　要：小说是当今最受欢迎的体裁之一。晚清和改革开放后小说的翻译对中国的翻译事业影响深远,开辟了中国翻译的新时代。为了深刻理解社会文化因素对《新小说》和《译林》中的小说翻译的影响,从赞助人、意识形态和诗学三方面研究其文学翻译的制约是很有必要的,这有利于正确地评价两个时期的文学翻译,对今后的文学翻译也可起到借鉴的作用。Nowadays,fiction is one of the most popular literary genres among us.The fiction translation in Late Qing period and after the reform and opening up policy has a profound impact on the development of translation.It also opens a new era in the history of translation.In order to better understand the influences of cultural factors on literary translation,it is necessary to analysis New Novel and Translation from the perspectives of patronage,ideology,and poetic.Hence,it will give a better evaluation of literary translation on these two periods as well as set a good example for the future translation.
