提高职业发展与就业指导课程实效性的研究

摘　　要：发展与就业指导课程是根据社会发展、形势变化、政策导向、学生需求,通过课程开发确定一系列科学合理的教学内容,采取有效的方法和途径,指导大学生开展职业生涯规划,帮助大学生获得就业和成功就业能力的一门课程。目前,大部分的高职院校都已开设职业发展与就业指导课程,但是实施的效果与学生的实际需要有一定的差距。本文通过对当前高职院校职业发展与就业指导课程存在问题的分析研究,结合高职学生的实际,提出提高就业指导课程实效性的具体策略。Career guidance program is based on social development,the situation changes,policy guidance,student needs,curriculum development through a series of scientific and reasonable to determine course content,effective ways and means to guide students to carry out career planning,helping students access to employment and successful job ability of a course.Currently,most of the vocational colleges have been set up career guidance courses,but the effect of the implementation and he actual needs of the students have a certain gap.Based on the current vocational college career guidance course in the analysis,in combination with the practical vocational students,career guidance courses proposed to increase the effectiveness of specific strategies.
