摘　　要：《医古文》七版教材是目前全国中医院校普遍使用的有影响的教材,然而书中词语的注释仍存在一些问题,特择"鑱石""但""一人""正始""子云"五例以作讨论。Ancient medical literature（the 7th edition） is an influential teaching material generally used by TCM universities and colleges at present.However,there are some problems in the connotations for certain words and phrases.The paper discusses the problems by using five examples.
