摘 要:以植物甾醇、油酸甲酯为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂,研究了甾醇酯的合成工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了酯化反应的最优条件为:甾醇与甲酯摩尔比1:4,催化剂用量1.2%,反应温度125℃,反应时间4 h,真空度0.095 MPa,甾醇酯纯度为92.28%。甾醇酯的脱色条件为:真空脱色0.095 MPa,温度95℃,时间25 min,脱色剂添加量为活性白土3%+活性炭3%。真空蒸馏条件为:真空度150 Pa,蒸馏温度160~190℃。精制后产品甾醇酯纯度达到93.7%。Phytosterol ester was synthesized by phytosterol and methylesters in the presence of catalyst sodium methylate.By single factor test and orthogonal test the optimum processing parameters were obtained as follows: molar ratio of phytosterols to methylesters was 1:4,the amount of catalyst sodium methylate was 1.2%,the esterification temperature was 125 ℃,the reaction time was 4 h and vacuum was 0.095 MPa,the purity of phytosterol ester was 92.28%.The condition of bleaching was vacuum 0.095 MPa,temperature 95 ℃,for 25 min,active carbon 3% and activated beaching earth 3%.The condition of vacuum distillation was vacuum 150 Pa,temperature 160~190 ℃.The purity of product was up to 93.7% after refine.
