摘　　要：作为复合型人才的法律翻译工作者,在中国涉外国际经贸和文化交流中起到了普通翻译人无法替代的巨大作用。但由于我国高等教育体制几十年不予以重视,造成相关人才奇缺。必须打破传统外语和法律脱钩的高校教学模式,以培养复合型师资为突破口,以服务经济和社会为目标,建立新型的法律和外语跨学科培养的教学体系,使外语人和法律人涉外服务成为现实。Legal translators play a quite important role in the international economic development and cultural exchanges.However,students fail to learn competence from the traditional classroom teaching.Therefore,this paper is based on breaking the traditonal dilemma,and proposes to establish interdisciplinary system,providing more legal service for the above industries.The dream of the foreign language majors and law majors would surely come true.
