摘　　要：传统的学校德育正受到后现代道德的冲击,新的重视主体幸福和享乐的道德文化要求学校德育进行相应的调适。"无痛德育"充分尊重学生作为道德实践主体的自主权利,提倡不损及他人的宽容,鼓励并引导学生在消费、娱乐和享受中追求个体的幸福和快乐,在现实的生活中自然获得道德成长。The traditional school moral education is lashed by post-modem morality. The new moral culture, which pays attention to the subject＇s happiness and pleasure seeking, asks to adjust school moral education correspondingly. No Pain of Moral Education respects students＂ power of themselves as a moral practice subject, advocates the tolerance not to damage others, encourages and guides students seeking the happiness and joy with individualization in consume, amusement and enjoyment, and gains to grow up naturally in moral in actual life.
