体育院校体育艺术人才的培养——以广州体育学院为例

摘　　要：对体育艺术人才的培养基础、典型理念、内容、步骤和注意问题等进行了分析。研究发现,体育艺术人才培养方向可以概括为"健康快乐为本、引领时尚运动,拓展实践基地、打造体艺人才",其培养步骤包括:确立人才培养目标、课程设置和教学组织形式;细化培养学生达到体育艺术类专业人才培养规格及要求;制定体育艺术人才培养课程体系的构架。The author analyzed the foundation,typical conceptions,contents and steps of and things to be noticed in the cultivation of sport artists,and found that the objectives of cultivation of sport artists can be summed up as ＂to base on healthiness and happiness,to lead the fashion movement,to expand bases for practice,to cultivate sport art-ists＂,their cultivation steps include： 1）determine professional cultivation objectives,curriculum setup and teaching organization forms;2）refine the specifications of and requirements for cultivating students to become professionals in the sport art category;3）establish the framework of the sport artists cultivation curriculum system.
