摘　　要：高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中有着重要的作用和地位,在建设和管理过程中也存在一些影响大学生素质展现的问题。在此基础上,提出了多种加强大学生素质教育的措施。Quality Education in the University Library plays an important role and position. During the developing and management, there are some problems to the quality Education for college students. On this basis, proposed several measures to strengthen the Quality Education.
