高职院校体育公共课开设软式排球之我见

摘　　要：软式排球运动是一项集运动、休闲、娱乐,融全民健身和竞技体育于一体的新兴体育项目;软式排球运动无论从场地设施、教学环境还是体育观念等方面都比较适合高校学生参与;软式排球易于开展,可有效增进学生健康、健全学生心理和完善学生体育个性,奠定终身体育基础,建议在高职院校尽快开展。Soft Volleyball is a set of sports,leisure,entertainment,financial fitness and competitive sports in one of the emerging sports;soft volleyball in terms of facilities,teaching the concept of environmental conditions or other aspects of sports are more suited to college students;Soft Volleyball easy to carry;can be effective in improving student health,and improve student mental,personality development and improvement of student sports personality in the body and lay the basis for recommendations as soon as possible in the higher vocational colleges.
