摘　　要：以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法是上世纪六十年代末在北美开始兴起的一种新的教学模式,是我国高等医学院校教育改革的新方向。本教研室近年开始在医学微生物学部分教学中试行网络教学与PBL教学相结合的新模式,即以案例讨论作为PBL教学的形式,并建立了方便师生交流的PBL教学网络交流平台,结果表明教学效果良好。The classic PBL model was appeared in the 1960s in North America medical education filed,and it is a new direction of teaching innovation in our country. Our departments try to develop a new inculcation by combining the traditional teaching method with PBL in those years.We designed a case discussion in our medical microbiology class and also build a web-based teaching system,through which teachers and students can communicate at anytime.It has been proved to be an inspiring and effective teaching method.
