阳光体育背景下“以健康第一为指导思想”的大学体育改革研究

摘　　要：文章根据当前高校阳光体育发展以健康第一为指导思想的趋势,分析了大学生自身的体育需要,改变了以运动项目为主体的教学体系,指出了传统体育的弊端以及当前体育教学中存在的问题。提出了改革课程设置、转变教学观念、结合大学生的心理和生理以及文化素养较高的特点,把传统"体育课"过渡转变为"体育与健康课程"。把先进体育教学的新思想、新特点、新成果和民族传统的优秀成果结合起来,使大学体育教学更加科学化,为大学体育教学更加切合当代大学生的实际需要提供了经验和参考。According to the tendency of Health First in the present development of physical education,the paper analyzes the need of college students,and points out the malady of traditional physical education.Some views are put forward,such as curriculum reforming,changing teaching concept,conveying traditional physical education to health physical education and so on.The new thoughts,new features,new achievements and traditional splendid achievements are united to make the physical education teaching more scientific,rich and colorful.It offers experience and reference for matching the needs of college students with physical education teaching.
