摘　　要：对残疾人缺陷的教育补偿是特殊教育领域的一个核心概念。从形上视域看,缺陷的意识性存在是残疾人缺陷的真正所在。教育补偿是缺陷补偿的重要方式。教育补偿主要通过培育超越信念、启发自我反思和体验式的精神关怀方式来实现。Educational compensation for the handicaps of the disabled is a core concept in the field of special education. From a philosophical perspective, the awareness of the handicaps indicates the real defects of the disabled. Educational compensation, an important way to make up for the handicaps, is mainly made through the cultivation of the faith of transcendence, the inspiration of serf-reflection, and the experience of spiritual care.
