摘 要:以2004—2008年我国对450多所高职院校评估实践为基础,课题组对省级教育行政部门、参评学校、评估专家三个方面开展调研并进行了绩效分析。结果显示,高职院校评估在取得显著成效的同时还存在诸多不足。为进一步做好高职院校评估工作,有关部门要加强对新评估方案的宣传和培训工作,处理好第一轮评估与第二轮评估的关系,要强化常态监控,探索专业评估和专业认证制度,要高度重视组织工作,严肃评估纪律,成立专门项目组或常态研究机构等。Based on the practices of evaluating more than 450 higher vocational colleges from 2004 to 2008, we have conducted the survey and made performance analysis from the perspectives of provincial administrative departments, vocational colleges and evaluation specialists. The results have shown that there are some remarkable effects and also shortcomings in higher vocational education evaluation. In order to improve the talent cultivation evaluation furtherly, we suggest that the relevant departments should strengthen propaganda and training for the new evaluation program, deal well with the relationship between the evaluation of the first round and that of the second round, explore specialty evaluation and specialty accreditation system, attach great importance to management work, strictly enforce evaluation discipline, and set up project team or normal research organization and so on.
