摘 要:人力资源外包风险是指企业在把人力资源管理活动的部分或全部内容外包的过程。人力资源外包是近些年人力资源管理领域中开展得越来越普遍的一项创新活动,并日益受到各类企业的重视。但是,在人力资源外包中也存在着很多风险性因素,例如:外包服务商选择方面的风险、企业文化冲突的风险、信息安全及经营安全的风险、员工流失与抵制的风险等等。本文首先阐述了人力资源外包风险的来源,然后分析了人力资源外包风险的理论成因,最后提出了人力资源外包风险的防范对策。The risk of human resource outsourcing means the process by which th e companies outsource the some or all contents.Human resource outsourcing is an innovated activity which has got popular in human resource management and caugh t attention of all kinds of enterprises.However,human resource outsourcing als o has a lot of risks,such as the risk of selecting outsourcing provider,the ri sk of enterprise culture conflicts,the risks of information security and operat ion security,and the risks of employee run off and boycott and so on.This pape r starts with description about the source of human resource outsourcing risk,a nd then analyzes the causes for the theory of human resource outsourcing risk,a nd finally proposes the countermeasures for preventing human resource outsourcin g risk.
