摘  要:水轮机是将水的动能和势能转变为电能的大型机械,在高速运转时,叶片受到泥沙磨损和空蚀破坏,需要定期进行修复。全国每年由于机组大修减少的发电量达到上万千瓦小时,造成了很大的经济损失。对水轮机转轮叶片的修复采用人工作业时,效率低,工作环境恶劣,而且人工打磨后的叶片形状很难和原设计形状吻合,严重影响到水轮机的过流,降低水轮机工作效率。采用叶片修复机器人,不仅能保证叶片设计形状,缩短检修周期,还能把工人从繁重、恶劣的工作条件中解放出来,这势必带来很好的经济效益和社会效益。全面而系统地介绍了国内外水轮机叶片修复专用机器人及其使用、研究现状,并从实际出发,对其应用前景进行了展望。The water turbine is the great machine that translates the kinetic energy and potential energy into electricity. It needs regular repairmen as it is running in high speed; the blades are wrecked by abrasion and cavitations. As the repairment of the units, the power demand reduce in china achieve thousands of KWH,it caused great economic losses.When the repairment work of the water turbine blades by manual work,the efficiency is lower and the working condition is bad to the workers,and the shape of the blade can not inosculates with the initial shape,it severely affect the overcurrent and reduce the efficiency of the turbine.Using the blade repair robot can not only ensure the design shape of blades,and reduce the repair cycle,but also rescue the workers from the bad working conditions,which will bring good economic and social benefits.The special purposed repair robot of water turbine blade, and its present application and research condition at home and abroad were introduced completely and systematically in this article, and the trend of its development was also predicted from practicality.
