在校大学生网络成瘾现象调查——以广东技术师范学院为例

摘　　要：随着互联网的广泛运用,大学生网络成瘾问题日益突出.本文采用问卷调查法和访谈法,运用spss软件分析数据,从交往焦虑、睡眠质量指标分析我校大学生网络成瘾状况及原因,提出思考与建议.With the development of internet, internet addiction disorder （IAD） is becoming more and more popular among the ungraduated students. A survey and interview were applied to IAD. The data is analyzed by SPSS. From the relation of interaction anxiousness and sleep quality, the status of IAD was presented. Some conclusions and suggestions were put forward in order to lead the ungraduated students learn and live better by using internet reasonably.
