摘 要:"成才"的要义不只在于努力,也在于对于"材质"的准确、客观的把握与认识。不存在"我是不是材料"的疑问,只有"我是哪类或哪块材料"的问题。"材质"多样性决定了人才模式的多样性。因材施教不只是一种教学方式,或者是教学过程中的操作技术,更应是一种人才理念的体现。"因材施教"的功夫应建基于"材质"甄别的基础之上。也许,更应倡导的是"认识你自己","就做你自己",并"做好你自己"。The crucial point of "being cultivated into a talent" lies not only in making efforts,but also in accurate and objective cognition and grasp of "aptitude".There should be no such doubt of "I have not got the aptitude".The only question is "What aptitude am I of?" The diversity of the "aptitude" determines the diversity of talent modes.To teach students according to their aptitude is not only a teaching method or operational technique in teaching process,but it should be even more an embodiment of concept for talent making."To teach students according to their aptitude" should be based on classification of "aptitude" in each student.It is probably correct to advocate the ways to "recognize yourself","be yourself",and "be yourself well".
