护士急救技能培训调查分析及对策

摘　　要：目的：了解护士急救技能培训现状、需求、及影响因素，探讨解决对策。方法：采用自行设计调查问卷于2011年3月对参加怠救技能培训班80名护士进行调查，并应用统计学方法进行分析。结果：99．D％护士已接受CPR培训，但有21．8％的护士尚未接受高级心血管生命支持技能目队合作式培训．54％护士在≥2个培训机构接受急救技能培训，39．8％护士在所在医院接受急救技能培训，岗位培训是护士获取急救技能知识的最主要途径．护士学历层次是急救技能培训需求的影响因素。结论：根据护士急诊技能培训需求，进行因人因岗有效的培训，使护士熟练掌握必须的急救技能与流程．从而提高护士有序、规范的急救技能，缩短急危重症开始有效救治的时间，并在临床应用及推广。Objective To investigate nurses＇ first acid skill training status and their demands , explore the existing problem and influential factors, and put forward some suggestions. Method A self--designed questionnaire was used to survey 80 nurses who participated in the first aid skill training classes, and statistical methods were used to analyze. Results 99.0 % of the nurses had received CPR training but 21.8 % of them had never received ACLS team- work training. 54% of the nurses received the first acid skill training at more than one place,39.8%of them learned the skill at their hospital. Job training was the main way for them to learn aid skill professional knowledge. Educational background influenced the training needs. Conclusions Based on the first aid skill training demands of the nurses, different training was given to different person depended on their jobs and educational background. Make sure to let nurses master the first aid skill and process, so as to improve their first aid skill, which was orderly and standard, and shorten the beginning time to save critically ill patients. Furthermore, put this training model into clinical application.
