摘　　要：介绍了食品冷冻干燥机的控制系统的结构,提出了PLC应用于控制系统的实现方案,并设计出上位机监控软件的方法,使系统具有较高的自动化程度和可靠性。The structure of control system of a food vacuum freeze dryer was introduced. The realization scheme of the control system based on the application of PLC was put forward. A method of monitoring software on upper computer was set up. The system had the properties of high degree of automation and good stability.
