摘 要:随着媒体间竞争的激烈,媒体不仅整合内部资源,增强竞争能力,还要整合外部资源,快速成长。媒体在寻求外部发展空间的过程中,逐渐认识到高校的资源在传媒业发展中的作用,通过各种形式与高校建立战略性联盟,为自身的发展提供智力支持。高校在践行社会服务的使命中,也需要传媒业这样的操作平台实现智力与人才资源的落地。目前,传媒业与高校产学合作主要有人才培养型、项目咨询型、联合研发型、共建实体型、产业园区型五种模式。促进传媒业与高校产学合作性运转,必须建立产学合作的预评估机制,建立规范有序的政策机制、紧密的管理机制和科学的评价体系。With the fierce competition among the media, the media should not only integrate the internal resources and enhance the competitiveness, but also should integrate the external resources and grow rapidly. In the process of seeking the external development, the media gradually recognize the role of the resources of colleges and universities in the develop- ment of the media industry, and provide the intellectual support for their own development through various forms of strate- gic alliances with colleges and universities. Fulfilling the mission of social services, colleges and universities also need the operation platform, such as the media industry to achieve the landing of intellectual and human resources. Currently, the co- operation of the media industry and education of colleges and universities includes five modes, such as personnel training, project-based consulting, R & D jointing, substance building and industrial park type. In order to promote the operation of the cooperation of the media industry and education of colleges and universities, the pre-assessment mechanism of the co- operation of industry and education, normative and orderly policy mechanism, tight management mechanism and scientific evaluation system must be established.
