摘　　要：高校创新型人才的培养在很大程度上依赖于创新型教师。创新型教师应具备合理的智能结构，具有献身于教育事业的精神与志趣，掌握创新性教育的方法与技巧。The training of innovative university students depends on innovation university teachers who should boast reasonable intelligent structure, spirit and interest of devoting themselves to education and innovative educational methods and techniques.
