摘　　要：目的:观察RNA抗肝纤维化疗效。方法:应用RNA治疗慢性肝炎130例,肝硬变48例,并设甘利欣对照组。结果:治疗组血清白蛋白及肝纤维化指标中的HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ明显下降,复常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:RNA能降低慢性肝痛中血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PⅢ的水平,其抗纤维化作用可能是通过保护和修复肝细胞膜而达到的。Aim: To study the effect of RNA on liver fibrosis. Methods: 178 Cases of chronic heptitis and hepatocir-rhosis were treated with a two-month course of intermuscular injection of RNA or diammonium glycyrrhizinate respectively. Result: The results showed serum albumin and the four indexes of hepatofibrosis (hyaluronic acid, laminin collagen type Ⅳ ,PⅢ P) of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion : It is suggested that RNA has the effects of protecting liver cells and anti-hepatic fibrosis.
