试析教育实习学生的成绩评定问题

摘　　要：笔者就师范院校教育实习工作中学生成绩评定的问题、产生的原因和解决的对策三个方面,进行了认真的分析和论述。在揭示教育实习生成绩评定的问题时,明确了评定教育实习学生中存在的制度不完善和管理制度不严格等问题,其中对评定中各主体的随意性大的问题,进行了重点的分析和认证。在分析教育实习生成绩评定中的问题成因时,从各评定的主体角度逐一予以论述。在给定解决教育实习生成绩评定中问题的对策时,主张一靠制度、二靠管理、三靠创新。特别是在论述创新问题时,不仅提出"自由竞争考评法",而且就该法的实施给出了具体的操作程序及考评标准。The writer was educated in the normal schools shall internship student achievement assessment of problems.From education in the internship student achievement assessment of problems,the reason and countermeasures three aspects,there was a serious analysis and discussion with a high level of theoretical and practical value.Education as an intern in that evaluation results of the problem,the assessment of the education system of practice is not perfect and management system is not strictly and problems,ranked among the main biggest problem,the focus of analysis and certification.In the performance assessment of the interns causes problems,from the assessment of the main point of elucidation be addressed.Given to education as an intern in the assessment of the problem of countermeasures,argued for a second on a system,management and three on innovation.Especially in innovation,not only create more the freedom of competition law and the assessment and the implementation of the specific operational procedures and the assessment criteria.
