奥卡西平治疗偏头痛66例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价奥卡西平治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:120例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组66例,对照组54例,采用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照研究,治疗组和对照组分别服用奥卡西平(900 mg/d,分3次口服)和安慰剂各8周,疼痛数字评分法(0～10级)记录2组患者服药期间头痛强度的变化,同时记录2组患者8周内偏头痛每次发作持续时间(小时)和发作频率(次/月)。结果:连续观察8周,治疗组患者头痛强度、每次发作持续时间和发作频率均较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:奥卡西平治疗及预防偏头痛发作均有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of oxcarbazepine in treatment of migraine.Methods：A randomized,double-blind and placebo-controlled trial was done in 120 cases of patients with migraine,including 54 patients accepted placebos as control group and 66 patients accepted oxcarbazepines as treatment group.Placepos and oxcarbazepines were used in the two groups for 8 weeks.The daily dose for the patients is 900 mg.The intensity of headache during the treatment was recorded by mothed of numeric rating scale（NRS：0-10 scale）.The duration of each migraine attack（hours） and migrainer frequency（time/month） were recorded in 8 weeks.Results：All patients were observed for 8 consecutive weeks.The headache intensity,the duration of each migraine attack and frequency of headache in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Oxcarbazepine is effective for prevening and treating of migraine.
