摘  要:目的了解石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员对食品安全基本知识及相关法律法规知晓情况以及培训效果,为开展相关培训提供参考。方法采用多媒体面授培训和现场示范观摩、经验交流、每周发放自编内容涉及食品安全内容的报纸图册等多种方法相结合的形式,培训前后分别进行问卷调查并评价培训效果。结果石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员获取食品安全基本知识及相关法律法规的途径主要是互联网、会议、电视报纸等,培训排在末位。16个食品安全知识问题的知晓率有13个问题在培训前后有统计学意义。结论石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员食品安全相关知识培训取得较好效果,应针对不同食品生产经营单位存在的不同问题开展相应形式的食品安全知识培训。Objective To study the awareness of food safety basic knowledge and relevant laws and regulations,as well as the effectiveness of training among food production and management personnel in Shijiazhuang railway regional,and to provide a reference for developing relevant training.Method Taking diverseness methods,for example,multimedia face to face training,live demonstration and emulation,symposium,and firing newspapers and atlas refer to food safety weekly,and adopting questionnaire to evaluation the training effect before and after training.Results Shijiazhuang railway regional food production and management personnel obtained basic knowledge of food safety and related laws and regulations mainly through internet,conferences,television and newspapers,and training was the last.Among 16 questions about food safety,13 issues were significant improved after training.Conclusions Training on food safety knowledge to food production and management personnel in Shijiazhuang railway had achieved better results.We should develop corresponding food safety training to different food produce units to resolve different questions.
