摘  要:教学是一门技术,更是一门艺术,而教学方法则是艺术的精髓。教学方法是一个系统工程,受诸多因素制约。法理学教学方法应根据法理学教材、教师的综合素质、教学对象、考试或成绩评价机制等情况来确定,选择灵活多样的教学方法,杜绝死板单一的教学方法。可供法理学选择的教学方法主要有:讲授教学法、讨论教学法、案例教学法、学生讲授教学法、多媒体教学法、社会调查教学法等六种。Teaching is not only a technology but also an art, while the teaching methods are the essence of the art. Teaching methods are a systematic project restricted by many factors. The teaching methods of jurisprudence should be determined according to the teaching materials of jurisprudence, overall quality of the teachers, teaching objects as well as the evaluation mechanism of achievement and examination. Various ilexible teaching methods should be preferred to rigid and simplistic ones. Teaching methods that can be adopted include: lecturing, discussion, case teaching, students lecturing, multimedia teaching as well as social investigation.
