关于安徽职业教育助推皖江开发的理性思考

摘　　要：皖江城市带承接产业转移需要大批高素质技能型人才,立足时代要求的安徽职业教育应承担起助推皖江开发的历史使命。为此,安徽职业教育必须注重制度创新,着力与社会主义市场经济相适应,打造面向人人的公平职业教育;强化内涵建设,努力与市场需求和劳动就业相结合,建立资源共享的优质职业教育;统筹协调发展,着力与劳动者职业生涯学习需求相协调,形成伴随一生的终身职业教育。Undertaking industrial transfer in Urban City Belt along Yangtze River needs a large number of high-quality skilled persons,and Anhui vocational education based on the age requirements should assume the historical mission to boost Wanjiang development.So Anhui vocational education must focus on the system innovation,correspond with socialist market economy,and create equitable vocational education for all;Strengthen intensive construction,correspond with market demand and labor employment,and built high-quality vocational education of resource sharing;coordinate development,correspond with workers＇career learning requirements,and form lifelong vocational education.
