锦州市部分中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构现状研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,以中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构为研究对象,分析锦州市中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构的现状。研究结果表明:锦州市中小学体育教师提高武术技能的主要方法是自学,在提高教学能力的方式上缺乏系统性和规范性;缺少对武术基本知识的理解和掌握;重视专业知识与技能的提高,而忽视科学研究能力的发展。文章认为:应针对中小学体育教师武术教学实际情况,加强青年体育教师的教学能力尤其是对武术基础教学能力的培训。With the methods of literature and investigation,taking primary and secondary school P.E.teachers as subjects,the paper analyzes the current conditions and Wushu teaching ability structure in Jinzhou City.The findings include： the main way of these teachers in Jinzhou City improving their Wushu ability is self education and they are lack of systematic and regular ways;they know less Wushu basic knowledge;they pay attention to skill study but neglect academic study ability.The paper argues that we should improve their teaching ability,especially Wushu basic teaching ability training,according to their Wushu teaching practice.
