摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校教学体系中的重要环节,在高素质技能型人才培养过程中起着重要作用。本文分析了顶岗实习中存在的主要问题,对校企合作、实训基地建设,对顶岗实习模式、管理机制,学生职业素质培养等方面进行了思考与探索,为当前高职学生顶岗实习实施与管理提供了借鉴方法。Internships are an important part of the higher vocational college teaching system and play an important role in the high- quality skilled personnel training. This paper analyzes the main problems of Internships, which concludes school-enterprise coop- eration, training base construction, post practice model, management mechanism, student professional quality training and other aspects. This paper provides a reference method of implementation and management in vocational students internships.
