摘　　要：青年教师是学校教学、科研工作的重要力量,如何提高青年教师的尤其是非师范专业青年教师的教学能力是学校面临的重要课题。实践表明,加强岗前培训、发挥老教师的传帮带作用、开展青年教师教学比武活动、加大考核管理力度等是提高青年教师教学能力的有效手段。The young teachers are strong force for the teaching and scientific research in university, and how to increase the teaching ability of young teachers, especially those not from normal university is a key problem which is confronted with adminstrative staff of university. Practice indicates that the orientation training, the help from senior teachers, the teaching competition, and the teaching appraisal are effective approaches to increase the teaching ability of young teachers.
