党校研讨式教学模式的构建与应用

摘　　要：党校教学具有自身的特点和规律,有针对性地选择教学方法来组织教学活动是保证教学质量和效率的前提。本文从我校的教学实践出发,分析研讨式教学在党校干部培训教学中的优势,探究其实施步骤和方法,构建了一个"五环节五步骤"党校研讨式教学模式,希望为党校系统有效进行研讨式教学推广应用提供借鉴。Communist Party school teaching has its own characteristics and regularity,choose teaching method in organizing teaching activities pertinently is the premise to ensure teaching quality and efficiency.The article considers the teaching practice of our school,analysis the advantage which is brought by the deliberative teaching in Party school cadre training teaching,explore the Steps and methods to build a ＂five links five steps＂ mode of deliberative teaching in Party school,and hope that refrence will be provided for the application in deliberative teaching.
