浅谈高校学风建设中存在的问题和对策

摘　　要：学风建设是高校的一个长期的系统工程,是高校改革与发展的永恒主题。由于当代大学生性格特点的转变,使得学风建设面临新的问题和挑战。本文从实际工作情况出发,分析了当前学风建设中存在的主要问题,从辅导员、学生党员和教师几个方面给出了学风建设的一些建议和对策。study style construction is long term systematic engineering,it is the the eternal theme of reform and development.Due to the change of current college students＇ characteristics,the study style construction is facing new problems and challenges.This paper based on the actual work,analyses the main problems existing in the current study style construction.Raises some suggestion on it from the counsellors,student Party members and the teachers.
