摘　　要：地方高校实验室工作正在扎实推进,在实际工作中积累了许多宝贵经验。但随着教育教学质量的逐步提高,地方高校在实验室条件环境、实验教学队伍、实验室有效管理与运行、实验课程教学等方面尚存在亟需解决的问题。The laboratory work is solid in local university,and it really accumulates lots of valuable experience in actual work.However,with the gradual improvement of the education quality of teaching in laboratory conditions,there exist problems to be solved urgently in many aspects such as the environment and conditions,the teaching staff,the effective management and its operation,the teaching of experimental course in the local universities.
