摘　　要：在班级中，优生、差生是相对比而出现的，但在实际的学习中，确实是存在少数学生难以跟班的现象，于是便成为了所谓的“后进生”或“问题生”。要促使后进生转化，必须消除学生的心理障碍，消除这些学生的自卑心理、戒备心理：厌学心理和隋性心理。只有这样，才能促进后进生的转化，拉小学生之间的差距，从而提高教师的教育质量，促进学生的全面发展。In the class, gifted students, poor students are relatively more than the emergence, but in the actual study, indeed exists a small number of students have difficulty attendant phenomena, so they became the so-called ＂losers,＂ or ＂problem students.＂ To make slow student, students must remove the psychological barriers, remove inferiority of these students, guard psychological, mental and inert psychological weariness, the only way to promote the transformation of less advanced students, pull the gap between primary and secondary students to improve teacher the quality of education, and promote overall development of students.
