摘　　要：目的探讨提高产科病房护士评判性思维能力的方法。方法 采用知识培训、病例分析、护理查房、病例讨论、自我反思、模拟训练等策略,对产科病房护士进行为期1年的培训,采用中文版评判性思维能力测量表在培训前后进行测评,以观察培训效果。结果培训后产科病房护士评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论该培训策略的实施能有效提高产科病房护士的评判性思维能力。Objective To explore effective strategies for the training of critical thinking among nurses in obstetric department.Methods The nurses in obstetric department received one-year training including knowledge training,case analysis and discussion,nursing rounds,self-reflection,and simulation training.They were investigated with the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version（CTDI-CV） before and after the training.Results After the training,the total score and factor scores of critical thinking were significanty higher than before（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The training strategies can effectively improve nurses＇ critical thinking ability.
