摘  要:介绍了三并联螺旋面钻尖刃磨机床的结构组成,分析并联机床的运动原理。利用ADAMS/V iew虚拟样机技术建立并联刃磨机床的模型并对机床模型简化处理,设置模型的约束并添加驱动。通过输入运动平台一般条件下运动学参数,更改运动平台不同运动学参数条件,得出机床不同的仿真形态,分析并联机床动平台在不同参数下的并联杆位移速度和加速度关系,为机床系统设计提供理论基础。The structure of the tripod parallel helical drill point grinder was introduced and the kinematics principle of the machine tool was analyzed.By ADAMS/View virtual prototyping technology,the model of the parallel drill point grinding machine was built,the model was simplified,and the constraint conditions of the machine tool model were set and the drive was added.By inputting the kinematic parameters under normal conditions of the motion platform and changing its different kinematic parameters,the different simulated forms of machine tool were obtained.The relationship between displacement velocity and acceleration of parallel rods when the moving platform of the parallel kinematic machine was under the different parameters was analyzed,providing theoretical basis for machine tool system design.
