摘　　要：培养具有创新能力的工程硕士是国家国民经济快速发展的必然要求,而实践能力的培养是所有工程类硕士创新能力培养的前提和衡量指标。所以,如何提高印刷类工程硕士研究生的实践能力是培养印刷企业所需新型高层次复合型人才的首要问题。本文探讨了培养印刷类工程硕士实践能力中存在的问题,结合本学院的办学经验,对如何培养实践能力进行了探索,提出了新的培养思路。To cultivate the engineering master with the innovation capability is the necessary requirement for the rapid development of the national economy. The cultivation of the practice ability is the premise and evaluating index of cultivating innovation capability of the engineering master. Therefore, how to cultivate the printing engineering master students with prac- tice ability is the critical problem to meet the enterprise demand of new high-level compound talents. In this paper, the problems in cultivating the practice ability of printing engineering master were discussed. Furthermore, combined with our own college＇s experience, the new ideas to cultivate the practice ability was discussed
