提取结核分支杆菌质粒的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的 :研究结核分支杆菌耐药性与质粒的关系。方法 :对 1 1株耐药结核分支杆菌采用经典的碱裂解法提取质粒。结果 :1 1株结核分支杆菌均未提取出质粒。结论 :迄今为止国内外均未提取出结核分支杆菌质粒 ,在此对结核分支杆菌是否具有质粒。Objective: To study the relation of drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis with plasmid Methods:To detect 11 strains of drug resistant M tuberculosis to isolate plasmids by using basic lysis method Results:No plasmid is detected in these bacteria Conclusion: So for, there are still no strong evidence to confirm definitely that the presence of plasmid in M tuberculosis both abroad and at our country We discuss that are there plasmid in M tuberculosis, What type of plasmid and mechanism of drug resistance
