摘  要:目的;通过神经系统检查法的4种不同带教方式,摸索出更适合教学改革的带教方式。方法:选择4组学生,分别给予理论讲授-示范操作实践练习;示范操作-理论讲授-实践练习;理论+操作-实践练习;理论+操作-学生自我练习-实验练习等4种带教模式。然后,对每组每名同学进行实际操作扣分考核。结果:4组在带教时间上分别为G1组7.50小时;G2组7.50小时,G37.40小时;G4组6.20小时。Objective:Tr to find out more suitable coaching method through 4 different coaching methods of neurological examinations.Methods:Four different coaching methods mere used in four groups of students and then every student in each group was tested on operative skills.Result:The coaching time was 7.5 hours in group one and group two:7.4hours in group three and 6.2hours in group four.The average total marks were group one:77.84±1.92; group two:77.2±1.77; group three:83.77±1.52;group four and other three groups (P<0.05) in both coaching model.Conclusion:Theroretic instruction and operative coaching,together with self-practice of the students are a better coaching method of neurological examinatio
