神经病学检查法带教方式的比较探讨

摘　　要：目的；通过神经系统检查法的４种不同带教方式，摸索出更适合教学改革的带教方式。方法：选择４组学生，分别给予理论讲授－示范操作实践练习；示范操作－理论讲授－实践练习；理论＋操作－实践练习；理论＋操作－学生自我练习－实验练习等４种带教模式。然后，对每组每名同学进行实际操作扣分考核。结果：４组在带教时间上分别为Ｇ１组７．５０小时；Ｇ２组７．５０小时，Ｇ３７．４０小时；Ｇ４组６．２０小时。Objective:Tr to find out more suitable coaching method through 4 different coaching methods of neurological examinations.Methods:Four different coaching methods mere used in four groups of students and then every student in each group was tested on operative skills.Result:The coaching time was 7.5 hours in group one and group two:7.4hours in group three and 6.2hours in group four.The average total marks were group one:77.84±1.92; group two:77.2±1.77; group three:83.77±1.52;group four and other three groups (P<0.05) in both coaching model.Conclusion:Theroretic instruction and operative coaching,together with self-practice of the students are a better coaching method of neurological examinatio
