摘 要:我国的高职院校蓬勃发展,高职学生数量众多,教师反映学生越来越难教,而管理者却反映学生越来越难管。高职学生许多有悖常理的行为主要源自压力的增大。为了减轻高职学生的压力,需要做好高职学生的职业生涯规划,搭建高职学生能力展示的平台,疏导高职学生压力,变压力为动力,提升高职学生的自信心,适时进行抗挫折教育,实施有区别的人性化教育。The higher vocational colleges develop vigorously in our country,and the number of higher vocational students is very large.Teachers reflect that students are taught more and more difficult,and managers reflect that they are managed more and more difficult.Higher vocational students have many perverse actions,which mainly come from the pressure increasing.In order to relieve their pressure,it needs to do professional career plan of higher vocational students well,build the platform of their ability display,channelize their pressure,transfer pressure into drive,increase their self-confidence,make anti-frustration education in time,and implement distinguishing humanity.
