摘　　要：在知识经济时代,很少有组织能够拥有组织发展所需的全部知识,通过知识联盟获取组织所需的知识已成为一种趋势。影响知识联盟组织间知识共享的因素有很多,知识联盟成员知识特性是其中重要的影响因素。在对大量文献进行归纳总结的基础上,详尽阐述了知识联盟成员主要知识特性以及对知识联盟组织间知识共享的影响,并提出了相应的命题。In the era of knowledge economy,there are few organizations can have all the knowledge that organizational development requires,so to acquire needed knowledge through knowledge alliance has become a trend.There are a number of factors affecting knowledge sharing among knowledge alliances members with knowledge characteristics one of the important factors.Based on previous studies,the paper illustrates the main knowledge characteristics of alliance member and influence on knowledge sharing among knowledge alliances members,and puts forward the corresponding propositions.
