摘 要:海南省豇豆生产多用防虫网覆盖栽培,试验通过模拟目前海南省生产中豇豆储运方法,分别对防虫网覆盖栽培豇豆和露地栽培豇豆品质指标进行7 d动态测定,旨在探明防虫网覆盖对豇豆采后品质的影响。试验结果表明,2种栽培方式下的豇豆在7 d内均未出现失重;感官指标、腐烂率、锈斑指数、粗纤维含量,防虫网覆盖栽培豇豆明显优于露地栽培豇豆;叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量则表现为露地栽培豇豆高于防虫网覆盖栽培豇豆;VC含量两者基本没有差别。The fly net covering often be used in the cultivation and production of cowpea production in Hainan Province, the experiment simulated the current production of cowpea storage methods, and did dynamic determination of quality index in 7 days of cowpea cultivated with fly net covering and open, to proved the influence on the quality index of cowpea with fly net covering. The results showed that the two group had not appeared of weightlessness within 7 days; the quality index of sensory index, decay rate, rust index and the crude fiber content of fly net covering group were better than the open cultivation group obviously; on the chlorophyll index and soluble protein content, the open cultivation group were better than the fly net covering group; the VC content of two groups had almost no change.
