畅谈城市设计中历史文化的传承与再生——以蓬莱市海滨城市标志性地段城市设计为例

摘　　要：该文阐述了蓬莱市海滨城市标志性地段城市设计的规划理念、资源背景、主要项目设置等,体现其规划特点是以蓬莱古城文化底蕴为依托,以发展城市旅游为主题,从中提炼城市的主次脉络,以达到地域自然特色与人文特色的融合,强调游客在旅游过程中的回游路线,使之成为发展旅游的特色。说明了城市设计应立足当地地域资源,使历史文化得以再生,创造出既有满足本地人们的归属感氛围的城市面貌,又有融观光、休闲、体验、居住于一体的旅游环境,由此规划设计也进一步促进了城市的发展。The paper introduces the planning idea zresouce backgroud and main projects settings etc of urban planning of mark area in seashore city of Penglai the characteristics of the planning refines primary and secondaryvenation of the city zsyncretizes the regional natural features and culture characteristic zemphasizes the migration route of tourists in the course of tour and becomes the characteristics of developping tourism with the basic of the culture trait of ancient city Penglai and the theme of developing city tourism.This paper points out that the city planning should base on local resource and reclaim historical culture to create not only the appearance of a city with attributive feeling atmosphere meeting local people,but also a touring circumstance emerging sightseeing,leisure,experience and dwelling into one whole.Therefore the planning further promotes the development of city.
