摘　　要：全面实施素质教育是当前教育改革的焦点,也是教育发展的历史必然。本文从世卿世禄制、科举制,再到现代的应试教育,深刻阐述应试教育的弊端,从历代教育制度的更替中全面阐述实施素质教育的历史必然性。The full implementation of quality education is the focus of the current educational reform as well as the historical necessity of educational development. The examination - oriented education system abuse and the historical necessity of the comprehensive implementation of quality education are elaborated in this paper by ana lyzing the Hereditary System, the Imperial Examination System and modem examination-oriented education.
