摘  要:多年来,我们研究室在碲镉汞长波红外探测器中测筛选中都采用滤波比筛选法,以滤波比等于0.11划线,视滤波比小于0.11的器件为不合格。但我们在十个月的千套碲镉汞长波器件中测过程中,发现滤波比小于0.11的器件中。For many years,in our research laboratory we have used the filtered ratio R=0.11 as a selection standard of a HgCdTe infrared detector in mid measured process,and it is defined that the detector is not good at applications if R<0.11, But in mid measured process of about one thousands of long wavelength HgCdTe detectors,we have found that there are a lot of detectors with good performances in R<0.11 range for latest 10 months.These detectors are all up to standard for practical applications.
