摘　　要：教师办公室文化建设是学校文化建设的重要组成部分,也是学校发展的内在要求。教师办公室文化潜移默化地影响着教师的行为,进而影响整个学校的教学质量。在教师办公室文化建设过程中,需坚持一定的原则,同时也应采取一定的策略,以求营造更好的办公室文化。Teachers＇ office culture construction is not only the school culture construction, but also the important component of the inherent requirement of the development of the school. Teachers＇ office culture exerts a subtle influence on the teacher＇s behavior, affecting the entire school teaching quality. In the teachers＇ office culture construction process, we need to adhere to certain principles, and should adopt some tactics as well to create better office culture.
